Division of Public Observation
We Observe.
We Catalog.
Nothing More.
The PierreCoin Authority of Gamhain Eiercode GmbH is charged with the observation, documentation, and archival classification of recurring manifestations of superfluous human behavior. Where appropriate, the Authority issues Orientation Recommendations for the benefit of the Registry and the continued maintenance of the public record.
Receipt of a PierreCoin constitutes an Acknowledgment of Observation only. It shall not be interpreted as a commendation, reprimand, diagnosis, certification, or legal determination of any kind. Gamhain Eiercode GmbH, The Compiler, The Cartographer, and all duly authorized assignees assume no responsibility for the recipient's interpretation of Registry findings. Any emotional response, objection, or inferred personal significance shall be classified as an Absence and referred to the appropriate Department for routine administrative processing.
Central Registry Notice
The absence of a PierreCoin shall not be construed as evidence of sound judgment, uncommon wisdom, or exemption from observation. Such conclusions are unsupported by Registry policy and are not recognized by the Authority.
In the overwhelming majority of cases, the lack of a PierreCoin merely indicates that the subject has not yet come under the observation of The Compiler, The Cartographer, or an authorized assignee of Gamhain Eiercode GmbH, that the recorded manifestation remains under administrative review, or that the observed behavior has not yet reached the threshold required for permanent registration.
Recipients are reminded that the issuance of a PierreCoin is neither punitive nor honorary. It is simply the formal acknowledgment that a documented manifestation has occurred and has been accepted into the permanent records of the Central Registry.
Observation remains continuous. Registration is inevitable for a statistically significant percentage of the population.
